dixie - new orleans slow brewed beer - almost a malt style beer but delicious barley malt this was a new one never seen it before must try

ayinger - jahrhundert-bier (century celebration bavarian lager), brau von aying, brewed by privatbrauerei franz inselkammer aying germany brauerei aying germany excellent continental style good hops light in color, tasty, pilsner
tremont patriot pale ale - a brew from shipyard, nothing special, low carbonation medium body. skip this amber ale
dales - a pale ale. probably in my top 3 beers. served in a can. from CO. if you have not had it, this is worth finding. not sure what other beer i like better. full bodied, un - freaking believable.

bbq my own and others pulled pork today seared in my own rub and cooked for 13 hrs made some bbq sauce served on home made hamburger buns with coleslaw and extra sauce, mm, mm good read my reviews, I love BBQ
sausage biscuits and gravy my own recipe is the best
capa di roma - imported italian plum tomatoe sauce the best like your mother makes but maybe better
chorherren-kase cheese - buttery, havarti like but lacking the sharp side soft excellent
